Wherever possible, any such disclosure would be discussed with you first.
As part of professional practice, clinical work is discussed in supervision. Client identities are not disclosed unless there is a compelling professional or legal reason to do so.

Electronic records are stored securely using password-protected systems and encrypted devices where appropriate. Paper records, if held, are stored securely and access is restricted.

professional clinical supervisors (on an anonymised basis wherever possible);
professional advisers such as an accountant (financial information only);
secure technology providers used to operate the practice;

Enquiries that do not result in therapy are normally deleted after a reasonable period unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them.
Clinical records are retained in accordance with professional guidance, legal requirements and the requirements of professional indemnity insurers.
Financial records are retained for the period required by HM Revenue & Customs.
